Career Quest Internships

These internships provide students with experiences connected to CTE career pathways. Students will have the opportunity to explore careers that are aligned with their academic and career goals.

How do I apply?

Students can apply to join one of our amazing internship programs this summer! Applications are currently open. The deadline to apply is April 23, 2025 at 5:00pm.

• Career Quest Summer Internships – Paid
  • July 8-August 1, 9:30am-3pm (Monday through Friday)
  • Location: Varies by internship site, Mondays at Franklin HS
• Finance Quest (Amazon Periscope) – Paid
  • Dates: July 28- August 8, 9am-3pm (Monday through Friday)
  • Location: Amazon Campus
• Open Science Quest (Allen Institute) – Paid
  • Dates: July 14-July 25, 9:30am-3:00pm (Monday through Friday)
  • Location: Allen Institute
• Tech Quest (Amazon) – Paid
  • Dates July 21-August 1, 10am-3pm (Monday through Friday)
  • Location: Amazon Campus

Summer Career Quest Internships provide students with career exploration and development opportunities.  Student-interns will work closely with their internship host to discuss solutions and ideas while developing problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, presentation and networking skills.  Students participate in a wide range of workplace activities to gain skills and knowledge for specific occupations, while being supported by weekly career development class time with a Seattle Public Schools Career Quest teacher.
